A little preparation

01

Before arrival

Check your appointment and allow 10 extra minutes. Wear comfortable clothing, bring your card code if applicable and print or save your receipt before closing the tab.

02

A conversation first

Discuss pressure and scent preferences. If pregnant, injured or managing a health condition, seek medical advice first and then speak privately with the spa.

03

After your care

Take a few quiet minutes before returning to your day. Ask your therapist about hair or skin care appropriate to the treatment you have received.

A few things
to know.

How do I choose a ritual?

Compare duration, focus, steps and price on the treatments page. Unwind focuses on head, neck and shoulders; Restore on the body; Sanctuary combines a longer sequence.

My preferred time is unavailable.

Try another date or a shorter treatment. Availability must fit both a bed/room and a technician; the system does not overbook capacity.

How do I change or cancel?

Cancel from your receipt at least 12 hours ahead, then book again. Eligible card value or visits are restored without extending expiry. Contact the spa for later changes.

When is my gift card issued?

After staff confirm your bank transfer. Return here in the same browser tab and session to view status and code. MoMo is a demo; an unconfigured QR must not be paid.

Will I receive an email or SMS?

This demo is not connected to real messaging. The on-screen receipt is your confirmation. Print or save your receipt before closing the tab.

Are treatments medical care?

No. These are relaxation services, not diagnosis or treatment. Discuss conditions needing professional assessment with a medical professional before using a service.
